Ash and friends are on their way to Cinnabar Island, as they walk Jigglypuff spots them. They get stopped by Officer Jenny but she was just training the police dogs Growlithe. Ash and them went to the Police Camp. Ash and friends get some grub from Officer Jenny, then Ash thinks about training Pikachu in the Police Camp. After that Ash and the gang go to bed.

The next morning Ash tries out Pikachu in the camp. It was Ash & Pikachu VS. Jenny & Growlithe. Ash 'n Pikachu lead for the reace portion, but then the obstacles come. Ash and Pikachu make it through the barb wire fence but Ash come out getting some eletrical shocks from Pikachu, but then Ask and Pikachu couldn't make it up the wall.

Then a Growlithe van pulls up... Guess who... Team Rocket busts in. Team Rocket uses the Gloom gas to make it so the Growlithe couldn't attack. Then comes the helium gas or whatever. Ash, Brock, Misty, Jenny and Meowth's voices go really high. Jesse and James uses a special megaphone to imatate voices. Jesse imatates Jenny's voice and tell the Growlithe to tie up Jenny, the Growlithe do that. The Growlithe couldn't recognize Jenny's voice because it was too high. James tells the Growlithe to get in the van and Jesse in Ash's voice tells Pikachu to come to, but Pikachu isn't fooled. It attacks all the Growlithe but Pikachu runs out of electricity. Jesse tells the Growlithe to attack Ash and Pikachu. Then Jigglypuff comes and sings but no-one falls asleep. The ropes on Jenny fall of then Jesse tells Jenny's Growlithe to attack her. Growlithe Bites Jenny, but then Growlithe get flaskbacks. Then all the Growlithe attack Jesse and James. Meowth flees in the van. After that whill the gang is about to leave Brock uses Team Rocket's megaphone to imatate Jenny's voice to say stuff about himself, that was funny. Brock drops the megaphone, and in the last shop Jigglypuff sees it...
